Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Framed 35 minutes later

I was pulled over for a dui search, given 2 test and apprended. Got to station search, taken to the magistate, for the dui and sent to booking to be searched again. I was given property list stating all i had was a watch a bracelet and my eyewear. 35 minutes later, the police officer came and got me out of booking and said he found a 1 dollar bill in my pocket with cocaine in it and i was charged with schedule 1 or 2 possesion. But my property list said i had zero dollars , i hired a lawyer name c bashara , and he said at 1st that he would get it thrown out in prelimanry, but he didnt even bring up my defense, ------------------i need help

You may wish to consider hiring other defense counsel. However, you may, also, want to consider the fact that at preliminary hearings in criminal cases, the prosecutor, normally, presents only minimal evidence sufficent to establish a probable cause standard for bringing the charge, and the defense, usually, none at all.
