fraud advance pay
i havent gone to trial yet is it too late to try and make this right i have three seperate charges i would like to make a deal to repay what these people think i stole from them

I see no reason as to why you could not approach these alleged victims through the prosecutor's office with an offer to make the kind of deal which you've suggested.
Such an approach on your part would, of course, in no way guarantee that the charges now pending against you would be dismissed by the prosecutor, even if a "deal" satisfactory to the victims happened to be worked out between you and them.

You need legal representation ASAP. A good attorney can often negotiate a deal which involves restitution in return for a reduced sentence or even dismissal.
