fraud?
i continued to use my mothers credit card after she died and also continued to make payments i am not being arrested but i have to show up for a grand jury , can anyone help i had used this same card before numerous times with her permission

You will have to testify at the grand jury. You should hire an attorney that can advise you about the immunity provisions of the grand jury.
