Probably not the arraignment itself, but you should be very concerned about getting an attorney to represent you in whatever criminal offense you're being charged with, and, if you cannot afford to hire such an attorney on your own, then at your arraignment you should ask the court to appoint a criminal defense counsel to represent you.
