Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My friend accidentally pulled a fire alarm at his college. He was just walking and accidentally pushed it since the alarm was not in a glass case. The police gave him a summons. He is being charged with 3rd degree felony. I was wondering if he could go to jail and what we can do to prevent it
