Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
A friend daughter was recently convicted of embezzlement and the government wants her to turn over all her assets. One in question is an automobile that she is currently paying for which she does not have a title. Can the government take this automobile that belong to Nissan and sell?
She was in the process of buying the automobile for her sister whose credit was bad. Can her sister take over payments??
