Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have a friend that's due to go court for a domestic relations and he wants to know how to plead. Him and his wife had a fight and she called the police on him. She says
that she didn't press charges that the police did . This is his first time how do he plead

These are one of those type of cases one should really have an attorney. It is very arguable.
Also if you friend is not a citizen...there may very well be immigration consequences. I would need to know the facts of the case and whether the defendant made any admissions. Were there fotos.....witnesses....etc.
