Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
my friend is on federal parole for life, he lives in florida and got a domestic battery charge in 2008, before the court case came around he violated his parole in and the feds gave him 8 months and send him back to florida, the case was reopened and he never went to see the probation officers in florida and he just stated to pay his fines now they charged him with vop and he is scheduled for an arraigment. my question is will florida give him time and will his parole officer violate him.

Your question would be better addressed to Florida authoriies who are
involved in the matter rather than to those of us in the Commonwealth who know
virtually nothing about the case nor how the particular Florida jurisdiction
involved may typically treat such matters.
