Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My friend was indicted on a drug charge. He wasn't served while he was on the streets. He received the warrant for his arrest/indictment after being arrested. It did not have any information where it was being issued from. Does an unnotarized indictment/warrant hold any legality?
