Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
A friend of mine was charged for a mister meaner and a class 2? I think drug residue felony. After all was said and done the end result was Nolle prosse. So this means it's over or can they come back to them again?

Yes, the misdemeanor could be recharged within 12 months of the date of the offense alleged and in regard to the felony there is no time limit.
