Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
A friend of mine was convicted of attempted robbery back in 2007. He was 17 at the time of the crime but while serving time in juvenile he turned 18 and was tried as an adult. Is it possible for him to get the felony off his record, what steps should he take?

No, not if he was convicted as an adult (in my opinion).
