Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have a friend who is 18 years old who was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and using a firearm in the commission of a felony he has no felonies and did not hold weapon during event. He is a high school graduate who was going to community college mixed up with wrong crowd just wrong place wrong time. With those charges what could I expect for a sentence for my friend.

Quite possibly, if convicted of such violent crimes, this young man could be facing a fair stretch of time, so to speak, in a Virginia penitentiary.
