Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
So me and three friends got pulled over on a late night by a cop but he stopped us for an exhaust. but he said he smell marijiauna so he searched and said we were free to go and i ranned and he said he found marijuana under my seat and i was charged with a class 5 felony whats the most can happen and what should i do?
