How long does Florida have to pick my
husband up on the Fugitive Warrant
once he has time served here in VA?
Ive been told they have 30 - 90 days.
My husband said he thought they had
10 days

Your husband should ask the attorney who represented him in the Virginia case for clarification as to the time frames involved with the execution of the fugitive warrant.
