Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
i gave my probation officer 3 positive urine in the last month i was suppose to get off of probation on june the 12 but he said that if sing a extention of probation for 1 year and go see a substance abuse counsler he would not voliate me i lve in vargina is this legall without going in front of a judge
