Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
OK my gf is on probation in VA now she was helping someone get a car that person had permissions from the property owner saying he was allowed now the cops show up and she has a trustpass charge if they can prove that he was allowed to get the car and she was just helping will it be droped or will she have to do time also the probation is in Chesterfield county and the trust pass is in laweisa country

A trespass charge normally requires that the one accused of this violation
must have been given a prior warning or notice and unless this occurred in the
situation described, the charge likely will not stand scrutiny should it ever get before the court.
