how to get something off of my record grand larceny.

You will not get the record of a conviction for the felony of grand larceny in the Commonwealth "off your record" unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted of the crime and, consequently, have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)

Governors do not usually pardon felonies. You cannot get a finding if guilt expunged either. The odds of getting a new trial in the case of fraud is slight.
