Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My girlfriend just got the second charge of assaly and battery and also restraining order .the last time it was thrown out of court. i had information on her where she had called me .judge threw it out.what should i do?

Make sure you that don't violate the civil protection order, and, in the meantime,
hire an attorney to represent you in the matter or ask the court to
appoint one for you if your finances are such that you cannot afford to
hire a competent criminal defense counsel on your own.
