Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

My ex girlfriend who is engaged was in jan still having a sexual affair with me and we had a few phone conversations and text convos stating after sex talk that i would have to break in her home and take the sex if i wanted it ,basically role playing so when i arrive at her home the door is unlocked and this happened 3times but her fiance found oyt now she telling people i broke in her house 3 times but she didnt have sex or call the cops so her fiance and i had an altercation and she took a trespassing charge and a restraing order out stating that i invaded her privacy .i dont have text bc she erased them so i wouldnt show them so my question is is ibvasion of privacy the right statement to use in her restraining order because she saying shes going to tell the judge i broke into her home and didnt have sex so what if anything can i do as my defense in this case perrtaing to the invasion charge and trespassing
