Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My god daughter received 7 years for grand larceny. She has had it rough growing up and she cant stop stealing. her mother passed away when she was young and she basically raised herself. Now i am raising her 3 children she is not a violent offender and she is really a cleptomaniac who needs real help and it was never offered to her wanted to know if i should write a reconsideration letter to the judge
