Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Grand Jury
What happens if during a Grand Jury investigation/inditement, a formal complaint is filed with the DA's office that the ADA and investigator used threats and coertion on the witness's during their statements? I don't know if it makes a difference but some of the witness's are very credible (i.e. police officers/ public officials).

Re: Grand Jury
What you refer to as the "DA" is actually known as the Commonwealth's Attorney and the "ADA" which you've referenced is the Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney.
Such a complaint might have some impact only if it were credible and could be supported by verifiable facts and was not merely someone's factually unsupported, emotional opinion
