Grand Larceny
My boyfriend admitted to stealing a backpack that contained collectable cards. The owner claimed there were $2000 worth of cards, however he claims there was only $50. Should he plea guilty to grand larceny?

Re: Grand Larceny
You should hire an attorney.
It is too difficult to know if your boyfriend should plea. He could possibly get the whole thing dismissed. Sheryl Shane, Esq.
