Grand Larceny vs. Petit
My husband was charged with Grand Larceny in Nov. of 06 It was him and a friend they both got chareged with Grand Larceny but the amount that was taken was $98.00 . Should that be Petit ?

$200 is required for grand laceny.

Yes, less than $200 = petit larceny in the Commonwealth.
