Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Grand Larceny by a 16 year old
I wrote the other day about my son and that he is charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny, he is a minor and court is in Stafford Virginia Juvenile and domestic Relations Court and we can't afford a lawyer and I need to know what is going to happen this court date and will they appoint a lawyer for us and what will happen to him. Thank you for any help you can give us, we do appreciate it.
