i was chardge with that and didnt do it my brother is even confess to it that he the one who took it by mistake not me but what bad is that i already have grand larceny on my recored from 2 1/2 3 yrs ago that going to be exsponde so please im really scared and dont know what to do or dont wont to loose my city job please help to ansewer this

I understand that you are scared about what could happen to you, but the prosecution has to prove their case first. It sounds like you have a defense to this case and it is possible to have the charges dismissed. You need an attorney familar with these kinds of charges to guide you through the process. Yes, you need a competent criminal defense counsel to advise you ASAP. And, if you cannot afford to hire one on your own, then you should ask the court to appoint one to represent you in this serious felony matter.
