Guidelines for admissions and stipulations
Are there any specific guidelines that must be followed regarding admission or stipulations of evidence in a criminal case?

If you want to stipulate to some evidence (and I assume that's also what you mean by an admission) then instruct your attorney to call the Prosecutor and they will draw up stipulations that both will sign and the Judge will consider those facts to be in evidence.
