gun rights
I was convicted of stathatory burg. and breaking and entering in 1994 is there any way to get my gun rights back just so I can hunt with a firearm. I have been in No trouble in 14 years now. If so What do i need to do?

As a convicted felon under state law, you can apply to your local circuit court for the right to possess and carry firearms which "in its discretion and for good cause shown" may grant your petition.
Before doing so, however, I would advise that you first apply for and receive the restoration of your civil rights(which does not include the right to possess or transport firearms)from the Secretary of the Commonwealth. (The forms with instructions are available online.)
