Habeas Corpus
What happens with the Habeas Corpus application if prisoner is released before the process is complete.

The purpose of the Habeus writ is to ensure that a citizen being involuntarily detained by the state is not being held in contravention of any Constitutional or other applicable legal considerations.
If the citizen has been discharged from detention, the matter, normally, is considered moot, and the application dismissed.
