Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

What would happen, if is my first offense, first anything, and am charged with a mistmeanor-petey larceny, forgive my spelling, had a unsecured bond, would i do any time in jail?

Two days(jail) would likely be imposed at a minimum if the offense was adjudicated in Prince William County General District Court. Otherwise, if another court, probably a totally suspended sentence with probation.

In any case, if you're a first time offender, you should be seeking the disposition

known as SIS (Suspended Imposition of Sentence).
