What happen if somebody working for the law who is not a cop wore a viedo wire on somebody an they ended up not being on the viedo will they still be charged or spend time in jail or will it be trowed out because if not enough evidence just hear say now itscrimal an they are faceting 3chatges of a schedule 3 felony
