Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
harassment
I work at a small store. We have one old man that constantly comes in and disrupts business and tries to hang around all day. We have told him in no uncertain terms to stay away. Any advice? Can we get a restraining order?

Re: harassment
The manager of the store rather than an employee should inform the old man that he no longer may come on the store's premises and that if he does he will be considered a trespasser and the matter will be referred to law enforcement.
