Hear say amitted in court case
Can hear say be amitted into a court case agaianst someone. The hear say came from another inmate while they were in jail. Is this legal and can it be used against some that didn't say it to begin with.

No, I would think not, provided that
what you're referring to is really hearsay testimony, and, furthermore, was not subject to any recognized exception to the hearsay rule.
