Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I have been helping the police try to find my boyfriends brother who has a warrant for his arrest. The us marshalls were searching my house when HE called and I covered up the call. They caught me and are threatening to charge me. I have no record other than a contributing to minor about 7 years ago and it was nolle prosqued. Can I get time?
