I have already admited to doing this for 2 years and the estimated amount is 9500 dollars. Is there any hope of reducing to a misd. and no jail time? by the way Im 35yro, 5 kids and sole provider for my family with no other criminal history.

Unfortunately, given the amount of the alleged theft($9500), I would doubt that either one of your hoped for dispositions in your case is very realistic.
