Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
House arrest rules and Unlawful parole.
My P.o. made up these outrageous house arrest rules stating that I may not step out into my yard or on my porch; i find that very unreasonable; is there anyway I can appeal this? Im not on a ankle bracelet;& im not a flight risk Im just pending a disposition for assault and battery. I think I should atleast be able to sit on my front porch. Also I recently found out [yesterday] that my ''p.o'' has been holding me on parole for the past 2years illegally meaning I was never supposed to have been on Parole. Well the Judge took me off of parole after he clearly read for himself that I was not supposed to have been placed on parole. Is there anything That I can do as in filing a lawsuit against my p.o. for taking away 2yrs of my life? The P.O. Kevin Jones has been out to get me since day one. I'm not a trouble maker, I've only made one mistake and I paid my debt to society by doing a 6mth DETERMINATE sentence in juvenile hall; after I got out is when he placed me on parole. Is there anyone who can give me helpful information? Please I really need someones help; because I feel I have been mistreated and taken advantage of by the justice system. Thank you for your time.

Re: House arrest rules and Unlawful parole.
You could write to the judge who sentenced you apparently to a term of home detention for a hearing to review the conditions required for this detention and to modify them if appropriate.
