Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
House Arrest
My 17 year old son has been put on house arrest without field supervision.
What does that mean? What and where can and cannot he go and do. He has school that he goes to everyday, but what and where else can he go or do if he is with a parent or his 22 year old brother. Thank you for any help.
