Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
an ex house guest took my two daughters one being 13 at the time, to purchase his drugs (without my knowledge). once he purchased his drugs he then took them and used these drugs in front of my girls. What rights do I have to prosecute and how do I go about this?
