Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My husband had a mental breakdown and was put in jail in Virginia. His charge is a PB-15 he hasn't see the judge. And he has been in jail for a week now. How long does it take to be arraigned and how long should he be in there for? If he isn't arraigned for a certain period of time can he get out of hail for having to sit in there?
