Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
If my husband and my names were on the title to a vehicle, and I gave the vehicle to my son without my husband signing it, what can my husband do to get the vehicle back? I signed his name on the title over to my son. What will he have to do to me to retrieve the vehicle?

Your husband could probably file a warrant in detinue against your son
for the return of his personal property and, in the alternative, request that a judgment be entered against him for its fair market value.
