Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My husband is under a restraining order from a previous marriage and i own firearms, is that a problem? Because his ex-wife is saying that i am not allowed to have any firearms because he not allowed to have any.

No, it's not a problem as long as your husband does not own, possess, transport, or handle firearms in any manner, which, of course, means yours or any others. (His restraining order cannot deprive you of your constitutional rights under the Second Amendment.)
