Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My husband was sentenced to 30 days in jail and the judge agreed to let him pull weekends. After checking in for weekends the paperwork the judge signed states 30 days straight. What action do i need to take to have this corrected?

Your husband should contact the clerk's office of the court
which sentenced him(or you could call his attorney if he had one)
and explain the alleged error and let one or the other pursue the
appropriate action necessary to correct this apparent mistake in
the judge's order.
