Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
my husband
Hello. I am wondering what is most likely to happen to my husband who is now in jail. He is in there because he violated a bond agreement to stay away from me and he got a dirty urine test. He is already on probation and he stopped going to see her, he stopped going to drug classes and he stopped going to pre trial.
I am just wondering what will happen in court. He had 7 yrs over his head and one judge told him if he saw him again for any reason he will send him to the pen for no less than 3 yrs. Please let me know what you think.

I think that you should check with your husband's attorney on this issue who should be in a much better position to address this particular matter than any of us opiners here on LawGuru.com who obviously have no experience with your husband's case or background---other than the brief snippet that you've provided here in your question.
