Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My husband's crime was committed about 7 blocks from our home which we have owned for 12 years. When he is released and puts in to come home to our home will the fact that the crime happened so close to our home be a problem? Can they deny his request to come home.? He will not be on parole just probation.

The conditions of your husband's probation should determine the answers
to your questions---whatever they may turn out to be.
