Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Iam a convited felon and a registered sex offender whom has been doing great in society for almost 10 years now and has never broken any laws or given anyone any trouble during those years. I am asking if there is any way that I can have my criminal record sealed and out of the public eye? Iam having difficulty finding employment and It appears that no one wants to hire me because of my past criminal record. I just want to live a normal life like anyone else and be given the same oppertunities as any other normal person. I cant seem to do that and live a normal life with this record over my head and that is why Iam asking for your help. If you can help me at all please let me know and I thank you for your time.
