Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Identification
Is it againist the law not to have indentification? Example person walking though the park is approched by police officer and ask for ID, they state they do not have one - none. Can this person be arrested?

Certain Virginia localities such as Arlington do have local ordinances which require that under certain circumstances persons can be required to produce and show proper identification to police or other law enforcement officers when asked to do so and if they are unable to provide such ID they may be subject to citation and possible arrest.
