My friend's, soon to be ex-husband, illegially recorded our phone conversations on several occasions and used the info. during my deposition. Is it possible for me to sue him for this act?

Re: illegal phone recording
You give no clue as to how exactly the unauthorized recording of your phone conversations occurred. A wiretap would obviously be illegal, However, if "Big Ears" merely had a recorder set up somewhere in his own
house to record whatever conversations may have come within its operational purview, I doubt that there would have been any illegality in that particular activity and hence no cause of action accruing to you against him.
