Indecent use of electronical devices
My son is serving 2 1/2 years of probation after serving 2 1/2 years in jail. Now that he is released he is finding it impossible to find a job. The restrictions on the court order state that he can not use any computers devices, including the ''Intronet'' for job applications. Is there a way to modify this condition on his papers? Not getting any legal help from this.

Yes, a motion could be filed with the court that sentenced him for a modification of his conditions of supervised release.
