Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

was indited for dist of drugs (pot only) witness ran so it was nollo prossed on 7/14/10, the charge was from 7/28/09 i want to know what will happen when im re-charged they found the witness in florida and brought him back last week he is a witness for 75 inditment that they were undercover for they are drug user who got caught and made a deal. i am not a seller i had been getting his girl a bag everyweek for 5 years we split the price so i was already set up the police are dirty here and the whole police department are under investigation by the state so what are the rules cause there going to re-indit i know it, will i have to state over with new bail or does it go back with the old case will i have to go back to jail i set in jail last time for 16 days it took 9 days to get a aranment for my lawyer and 7 more days for a lawyer i lost everything including my job what is my right and to top it off i want in there undercover video it was my sister i live in sussex co. virginia plzzz help.
