ineffective counsel
public defender- failed to have transportation oder issued 4 me to attend bond appeal. would not return calls, etc. finally, neglected to file papers from dr. extending post surgical medical treatment which ultimately caused problems with my deferred incarceration. now have capias due to his neglect...suggestions?
