Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
getting info on accusers sworn statement before court.
I was served with an arrest warrant for assult and battery. (Class 1 misdemeanor) The accuser went to the magistrate and swore out a warrent 2 days after the incident. I called the person a f@#$ B!@#$ and ask a question. At no time did I touch or threaten this person. I have multiple wittnesses . How can I find out What her sworn statement was to the magistrate before court?

Better get a lawyer to represent you in this matter and who will know how to go about getting any relevant discovery documents or materials that may be needed for your defense, including, possibly, the item which you've mentioned.
